Bioseed Vietnam Limited (BVL) is a highly successful 100% foreign company belongs to the DCM Shriram Group in India, which is one of the largest business group in India involved in Agri-business, Sugar, Chemicals, Cement, Real estate, Seeds, Retail Farmer service, etc.

 Position: Market Development Officer

  • Support Managers maintain relationships with distributors, customers, and sales team members to ensure the future success of a company
  • Study and analysist Market trend & Create products demand
  • Promotes products and services to potential and existing customers
  1. III.Key Responsibilities:

v    Assist with developing the market for client or company focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients

v    Support Sales Department and Marketing Manager research on market & competitor activities to develop the suitable marketing strategies, market development plan

v    Implement effective marketing communication campaigns

v    Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships/database

v    Make sales presentations, support Managers to launch New Product

v    Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, marketing outlets, and competitor activity…

v    Logistic facilitate Company events such as Field Days/Farmer Training Programs/Retailer Meetings/Crop Tours/Year end party…

v    Create questionnaires and surveys, implement the required surveys

v    Specifications preparation and sampling of new products to the consumers

v    Manage the branding/promotion activities via social media channels like Company's website, fanpage etc…

v    Support Sales team during season to improve liquidation

v    Translate documents and support in conversation wherever needed

  1. Key Requirements:

v    University degree in Marketing or Agriculture (prefer candidate who have more than 3 years’ experiences in Agriculture major).

v    Acknowledge about Agri-business

v    Good at self- management skill, good Reporting skill & Good Presentation skill

v       Good at Communication skill especially in English.

v    Able to frequency travel and work under very high pressure

v    Flexible, aggressive, target orientation, supportive and service minded

v    Understand competitor products available in market, convey the required information to the management regarding new products that can be started to improve our presence in seeds field

v    Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs
